Before I start my review, I want to say not everything you see is always as it seems, so where should I start about this place,
Well, let me just say this hotel isn't a 5 star hotel, should be more like a 3 star, so I just came back from visiting this hotel, to be honest the feedback and hype about this place was the reason I came here, so about the hotel, the decor of the hotel is very nice, but the service I received was a let down, staffs have no customer service experience, I checked in and was just given my key, there was no communication about anything, what the hotel provides, what time breakfast or dinner starts, nothing, the ladies behind the desk looked like they were not bothered in serving me , the bar staff were awful, no customer service, there was no menu for me to see, I didn't know what was available to drink, when you asked them for something, they didn't understand what you was saying, again no smile, wasn't interested in serving me , the real big joke was the restaurant, my first morning at breakfast I was shown to my table, I asked a young man for.a cup of hot water, he came back with a glass of cold water, I said again I need hot water, he came back with a glass of hot water, not sure if any of these staff have a brain or not, but how can u bring me a glass of hot water, I could of burnt myself or worst, the glass could of broke, the food was cold, which was disappointing, the staffs have no knowledge to what is being served. No smile, they all just looked like they don't want to be there. while at my table a few of the staffs came to me placing bowls of strawberrys and cakes on my table, which at first I thought was a nice gesture, but then 5 mins later the main manager of the restaurant came to me and took my phone and said I needed to give a review of the service and hotel which I thought was a bit cheeky, again for dinner everything I ate was cold, which by then had put me off the hotel food for the rest of my stay. The things that was really disappointing not one of these staffs in this hotel speaked English and it was so hard to ask questions as none of them understood anything you were saying, and when u did ask for something, they just look at u like u are mad, for a hotel like this who claim they are a 4/5 star hotel should have at least a few people who can talk English, my 4 day break was a total waste of money, I could have gone somewhere else and get 100% more better service than I did here, since coming back a few of my friends have now had food poisoning which had made me real mad, you pay so much money for such a poor experience is a let down for this hotel. so for the whole experience out of 10, I give them a 3 and that score is simply for the decor of the hotel, everything else was a ZERO, so please if you looking for a wow factor experience please don't waste your time, it's not worth it!!!
