Hotel Alion 21 recenzie 

Veľmi nepríjemný zážitok! Neodporúčam! Aj keď je hotel relatívne nový a vyzerá dobre, služby sú síce sľubné, ale personál je nad očakávania. Veľké sklamanie!

NEODPORÚČAM! Neprofesionálny personál, CHLADNO v mieste podávania jedál mimo sezóny, to isté jedlo 4 dni, studené jedlo, prázdne tácky... vrátane slávnostného Silvestrovského jedla (2025-2026) totálne zlyhanie, nemali ste si z čoho vyberať, aj tak vám jedlo brali spred a ak videli, že ste nedojedli a ak ste sa ho ani nedotkli... 0,5 l vody pre 2 osoby, slávnostný program sa skončil o hodinu skôr (20:00-1:00). Pri raňajkách ich vyrušovali a ak ste ich požiadali o horúcu vodu na čaj... Nedostatok toaletného papiera, uteráky na podlahe, za žiadnych okolností si to nezaslúži 4 hviezdičky, maximálne 3!!

Hotel Alion 21 nezodpovedá 4 hviezdičkám. V izbe pri vchode nie je vešiak. Skrinky len s názvom, žiadne dvierka, žiadne vešiaky. Použité uteráky sivej farby. Bol som tam na Silvestra 2025-2026. Izby neboli vykurované, v reštaurácii celá skupina sedela s bundami na sebe kvôli chladu. Bufet na raňajky a večere bol veľmi skromný, rovnako ako na Silvestra. Nekvalifikovaný personál. Najali si ho na Silvestra. Tento hotel neodporúčam!

This hotel MAY be good for the summer period being close to the beach, the only advantage, but for spending New Year's Eve - I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT IN ANY CASE!!! - because I had an extremely unpleasant experience in this hotel. Not only that the heating in some rooms did not work, they did not have any blanket or duvet and many other inconveniences that created discomfort. Only after more than half of the group complained about various inconveniences, some were resolved, others not. I arrived in a room where there was no bedside table, forcing me to take a chair from the balcony to be able to hold my phone... The bathroom had no screen, which is why when I took a shower, everything got wet. There was no nail to hang your towel on, and the bathroom mirror was positioned right next to the toilet. Next to the toilet, there was a broken hygiene hose, no mat on the floor, and the towels were a rather questionable gray color, even for wiping your feet. What else could you expect, slippers or a bathrobe?! What else could you leave, where else could you leave, being in a group of 80 people, all the surrounding hotels being closed. In the first phase, we complained to the agency about these shortcomings, and the organizers did everything they could to improve the situation. And then the long-awaited New Year's Eve arrived! What to see?! The place had been reserved only for our group, and the tables had been arranged in advance by the organizers based on the lists of people on each table. When we went down to the party, the tables had been rearranged and many of us could not find our place, and the waiters would not let us sit at about 3 tables. In short: about 30 Albanians (family and dubious friends of the owner) started coming to the party, who of course served our food, our drinks and also took over the dance floor. We basically organized a New Year's Eve party for them on our own money, since the drinks we were supposed to receive were found on their tables. The menu was, so-so - a re-adapted imitation of the dishes promised in the offer, exactly on the shein system (what you order and what you get!). Even the mustard sauce was more mustard than the sauce it should be, the rosemary on the plate was actually a twig torn right from the tree in front of the hotel. And all of this culminated in the impudence of the waiters who told us to our faces that they didn't care. And according to the organizers, they also wanted extra money. One of the waitresses filmed their fun to post videos of the "big" fun they organized. I hope you don't get fooled by these imitations of criminals who had nothing to put on the families' table and brought them to our table. We all couldn't wait to leave this hotel!! Fortunately, we spent the next night in a hotel that really deserved its 4 stars both in terms of the conditions offered and the quality of the food, the wines and the way the staff interacted. Po návrate do krajiny sme stretli ďalšiu skupinu turistov, ktorí sa neubytovali v Drači ako my, ale vo Vlóre a mali rovnakú skúsenosť. Takže, ak máte očakávania týkajúce sa kvality služieb a podmienok, vyhnite sa hotelu ALION 21. Prajem vám príjemný pobyt!

Priemerný hotel, nedá sa platiť eurami (vo všeobecnosti problém s platbou), slabé raňajky, pred 9.00 prázdno, nie je z čoho vyberať, už neprídeme
