I stayed in this hotel for about 3 weeks. The transportation is very convenient. There is a supermarket downstairs. The front desk and service staff are also very patient. After 10 pm, it will gradually close like a shopping mall. Overall, it is very good. The only drawback is that the hotel's breakfast is of poor quality. The price is 20€ (sometimes it rises to 30€), the bread is soggy, the juice provided is mixed with water, and there are very few dishes. There are only a dozen or so items in total, which is not worth the price.

We recently stay here for five days and enjoyed our time here. The staff here are very kind and go out of their way to ensure the needs of their guests are being met. The front desk was helpful in making suggestions for shopping and other services. Upon arriving, we were upgraded to a larger room, which we appreciated. The room was clean and large. This location is close to the train/tram station and within a few mins walking distance. It made everything accessible.There are some really good restaurants/cafes right next to the hotel, so you don't have to go too far for a decent meal. There is a market five mins away, so you can find decent premade items for lunch and snacks. The only reason I could not give this hotel a five star review is due to the beds and lack of amenities. The beds need to be replaced and are not very comfortable. Despite us requesting a king bed, we were given two twin beds that were pushed together. Two twins pushed together don't make a king bed. The pillows were worn out and lacked support. The hotel does not offer any items like lotions and you only got two towels and two hand towels. When we got to our room there was no hand soap and it was immediately brought up when we informed the front desk of the oversight. Overall we did enjoy our stay here and appreciate the front desk staff. Asides from the beds/amenities concern, we do recommend staying here.

Mooi hotel, nette kamers, goed ontbijt, alleen jammer dat er een onaardige ober achter de bar stond. De ober wilde ons een menu aansmeren, maar het was 21.15 en wij hadden al elders gegeten. Wij wilden enkel een drankje. Hij was onaardig en sprak zijn ongenoegen uit tegen de andere barman/ober. Erg vreemd! Toen wij vroegen om ons drankje op de rekening van onze kamer te zetten deed hij wederom moeilijk. 'Dat doen we niet bij een enkele overnachting'... Wij verbleven drie nachten... Erg jammer dit....

Camere mari frumoase, curat, cafea in camera insa intr o zi camerista a uitat sa mai puna, 🤪, mic dejun bogat, receptionerii sunt profesionisti si am gasit acolo o receptionera care vorbea bine romaneste, iar la plecare am primit un cadou-un borcan cu bomboane! Un gest frumos! As revenii cu drag la acel hotel!

Just a stable one point rating. If I could, I would put -10! It is my second stay with Moxy hotel. First of all, it reminds of a cheap motel. We stayed here because of missed flight and Lufthansa said it was the only option. Location- close to the airport: just go through the tunnel. 7 min walk. Service: impolite, arrogant, unprofessional, rude. Rooms: primitive motel room: awful furniture, less than basic. No phone, no glasses, no tea kettle, no cups, no amenities. Honestly, how this inn could have 4 stars?! They wright on their page that there is a restaurant. How could they call a fridge with some sandwiches a restaurant. In the evening there is a so called buffet: rice, lentil soup, minced meat. Honestly, I believe that was good for dogs and pigs. We were given a voucher 20 Euro from Lufthansa to use in the hotel for dinner. The hotel offered us this type of dog buffet. They charge other hotel guests 12 euro for it. Just cheating customers. I checked the price per night: 280 euro per night. That is just cheating. Stay away. I had noisy neighbours upstairs till late night. No relaxation. Just awful like the other moxy hotels.

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit à moxy hôtel lors d'une escale et avons été très satisfaits. Très bonne literie, petit déjeuner servi dès 4h30, bar ouvert toute la nuit, accueil très sympathique.
