This is definitely one of the best hotel in the Phu Quoc, the counters speak English quite fluently and the service is nice, everyone wears a smile on their face and are all willing to serve! Specially is Phuong in the front desk, he very nice and carefully guide me in great detail. I highly recommended everyone to come and enjoy your vacation here.

A Dream Getaway in Phu Quoc – Made Unforgettable by the Pullman Team and the Incredible Spring My husband and I recently spent a week in Vietnam to celebrate his birthday, and choosing the Pullman Phu Quoc was undoubtedly the best decision we made. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to impeccable service that exceeded all expectations. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and whisked away to our room by buggy—a lovely touch that made us feel like VIPs. When we entered the room, we were stunned: it was beautifully decorated for my husband’s birthday, adorned with fresh flowers, rose petals, elegant bamboo arrangements, and a surprise birthday cake. It was a heartfelt, personal gesture that set the tone for the rest of our stay. Each morning, the care and attention to detail continued. The team not only remembered my (very specific and admittedly painful!) coffee order, but had it perfectly ready for me every day at breakfast. It’s rare to experience such intuitive service, and yet the Pullman team made it look effortless. The facilities at the Pullman are the epitome of luxury—spacious, modern, and immaculately maintained. From the stunning infinity pool overlooking the beach to the world-class spa and fitness center, every aspect of the resort was designed to deliver relaxation and indulgence. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Spring, the resort’s incredible Customer Experience host. If there were ever an ambassador for the Pullman brand, it would be her. Spring was the heart and soul of our trip. She meticulously curated a week of custom activities that felt tailored just for us. Highlights included a private dinner with views of the pool and ocean, a hands-on cooking class with the hotel’s talented chef, a vibrant food safari through local cuisine, and a charming visit to Sunset Town. Spring’s passion and dedication didn’t stop there. On her own day off, she graciously took the time to show us how to eat like true locals and led us to the best hidden viewpoints on the island. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care are something we will never forget. Thank you, Pullman Phu Quoc, for giving us a week of pure magic. And thank you, Spring, for being the brightest star of all—you truly made our trip extraordinary. We’ll be back!

숙소 내부랑 편의시설이 아주 잘되어 있습니다! 다만 리조트가 너무 커서 버기카 부르고 올때까지 기다려야하는 점이 조금 번거롭네요 ㅠ

Krásna pláž, dobré služby, príjemný personál, veľmi dobré raňajky. Ako člen Accor by som však chcel rezortu navrhnúť niekoľko bodov, ktoré by mali viac zvážiť pre členov Accor, a to nasledovne: (Po prvé) Napísal som e-mail, v ktorom som uviedol, že sa chcem ubytovať skoro okolo 12:00. Prišiel som o 12:30, personál povedal, že ešte nie sú izby, ak by boli, zavolajú, inak check-in o 15:00. Neprišiel mi žiadny hovor, takže som sa vrátil na kontrolu po 15:00. V tejto súvislosti dúfame, že rezort bude hostí vopred informovať (môže zavolať alebo poslať e-mail), aby sa hostia mohli dohodnúť. (Po druhé) typ izby, ktorý som si rezervoval, bol štandardný (superior), recepčný povedal, že bol povýšený na vyššiu izbu, ale keď som sa skontroloval na webovej stránke, stále to bola nadštandardná izba. Ak nemôžete inovovať, okamžite to nahláste. (utorok) Aj keď sú raňajky chutné, rezort neinvestuje do kávovaru, aby si hostia uvarili kávu sami. Toto je prvýkrát, čo som videl niečo také v 5-hviezdičkovom rezorte. Dúfam, že rezort zváži moje pripomienky.

A wonderful vacation! I had an absolutely amazing stay at Pullman — everything was perfect, from the staff (especially Khoa at the front desk) to the room and services. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.
