Grand Hotel Saigon 

Pathetic experience dealing with this hotel which is rated under 5 star category hence we booked it. We checked in early though the room Was available but they made us wait gor 5 hrs as they said that even if they check us in 5 min before the time we will have to oay gull charges. It was such an inconvenience that its 6 min to 1pm the time they confirmed us to check in but are making us wait as its still not 1pm. Shame on the hospitality. Swear never to go for a local 5 start brand like this. Infact the ladies at the reception are also extremly money minded to nly busy selling their ameneties like breakfast ignoring comforting the guest. Iam staying here for two nights which in the beginning itself has become a nightmare. Never recommend this to ppl expecting 5 star hospitality.

The hotel might be classed as luxury but the hotel management service is abhorrent. We are traveling with a baby and booked an extra night to do late check out before an overnight flight so we are not even going to sleep in the room as we are leaving at 10pm. As we were landing at 9.30am I asked for an early check in and they confirmed over booking.com messages that it's ok since we just booked an extra night for a late check-out. Upon arrival at the reception the receptionist said that they are fully booked and can't offer early check-in. Then when I showed him the booking.com messages he said that what they meant is that they are pleased to offer me an early check-in for the fee of an additional night stay - I was supposed to devise that from their message (while the hotel is fully booked?!? I would be supposedly paying for a full night stay to use the room 3 hours earlier) and I was supposed to pay now actually more than a full night's stay if I wanted to utilise this service.

Skvelý osobný servis. Grand je na skvelom mieste. Ľahká chôdza na trhy atď. Vrelo odporúčame. Určite 5 ⭐️.
