Great location, very central! The staff were very efficient and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at Anise Hotel. Very reasonable prices. If you wish to stay in Hanoi, definitely check this place out!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel's location was unbeatable, with many popular places within walking distance. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. What really made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service. Upon arrival, I was surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Special mention and extended thanks to Hue, Thao, and Anh. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay.

The room was small but it is understandable because it is in Hanoi. The staff were courteous. The rooms were decent but you will hear noise from the neighbouring rooms. The rooms are not insulated that way. There is only a bathtub so if you don’t prefer bathtub then you are left with no choice but to stand on the tub and shower. Oh yes, the water pressure was terrible.

Phenomenal stay with the greatest sophistication ever! Super comfortable and Thao was there just making sure everything felt magical, and helping out however she could, I can't articulate how hospitable and generous they ar at Anise, it's enchanting, and I'm gonna say thank you one more time to someone.. Thanks to Thao and Anh. The room is good with city view. We also upgrade my room for free. They help us to extend more time to check out. I enjoyed the time in here
