Romer Hell's Kitchen 

Toto bol môj prvý samostatný výlet do New Yorku. Moja izba bola nádherná. Posteľ bola mimoriadne pohodlná a umiestnenie bolo perfektné. Personál bol veľmi ústretový, či už som hľadal odporúčania alebo pokyny. Teším sa na návrat v budúcnosti.

I have traveled all over the world and never in my life has it taken half an hour to get my room at check-in. Two days I had to ask for towels to be put in because when they cleaned the room they took the used ones and didn't put in the new ones. At check-in we were never informed that we had to pay more than 400 euros in tourist taxes upon departure. The woman who helped me simply said that she reports these charges and that others do too when she didn't even want to be present when we checked in. This person helps me in English and when she hears me say something to another person in Spanish she answers in English. I ask her if she speaks Spanish and she says yes. She then continues speaking in English and I ask her to please speak to me in Spanish to better understand things about the 400 euro bill she is giving me and she refuses to do so and continues speaking in English. We paid for 9 nights at the hotel, 900 euros for a deposit and 400 euros in taxes and when we asked to have our bags kept for just under two hours, the man who does this job, before even picking up our bags, demanded a tip for a service that he hadn't even given us yet. Because it was obviously the last day and we were waiting for the transfer to the airport, we didn't have any cash on us so we couldn't give him the money he demanded. From then on he made a dirty face, left our bags in the hotel lobby for more than 15 minutes until he picked them up and when it was time to leave the hotel we said thank you very much and goodbye and he didn't even answer, limiting himself to making a dirty face and showing his bad manners. I don't plan on recommending the hotel to anyone and I will publish my experience on social networks.

Hôtel agréable et très bien situé. Le personnel est charmant et fera tout pour rendre votre séjour merveilleux. Une seule chose à améliorer, le petit déjeuner
