Nuestra habitación era de tamaño mínimo. Faltaba lugar para dejar la valija. Y el recorrido interno, un poco intrincado. Probablemente en otros bloques el espacio sea más amplio. El desayuno ofrece muchas opciones y, para estadía de varios días, se puede probar unas cuantas variaciones. Muy especial el panel con miel.

Very good hotel. Perfect location. Astonishing view from the terrace (must see). Very comfortable rooms and delicious food. Even though everything was perfect, the staff made our visit unforgettable. They organized and brought cake to us for our birthday, they were very friendly and attentive. I wish I could remember the names of every staff member, as everyone was positive, friendly, and attentive (special thanks to Sinan and Erhan, and everyone).❤️❤️ certainly will visit again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Byzantium Suites Hotel for three nights, and I can confidently say that it was an ideal choice for a family vacation in Istanbul, especially as we were celebrating my mother's birthday! From the moment we arrived, the entire hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. While I wish I could remember everyone's names to thank them personally, each team member contributed to making our experience truly special. They even made extra efforts to ensure my mother's birthday celebration was perfect, which we greatly appreciated. We booked two rooms, and both were exceptionally comfortable and beautifully appointed, making us feel right at home. The hotel boasts a perfect location, situated in the heart of Istanbul, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city's rich history and vibrant culture. We were just a short walk away from iconic landmarks, local shops, and delicious restaurants, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the local atmosphere effortlessly. Whether we wanted to visit the stunning Hagia Sophia or enjoy a leisurely stroll through the bustling streets, everything was within easy reach. Every morning, we looked forward to the delicious breakfast, which featured a wide selection of tasty options. The breakfast staff were exceptional—always smiling and eager to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our mornings even more enjoyable. A special shout-out to * Erhan *for his kindness and professionalism during our meals! And thanx to * Sinan* For warm attitude and professionalism! I also want to express my gratitude to the reception team, who greeted us warmly and escorted us to the car door when we departed. Their attention to detail and customer service truly stood out.
