What a shame - beautiful resort type hotel in great location that is obviously managed by people who don't care ... Breakfast buffet is awful hot food put out at 7am then allowed to go cold. Large beautiful bathtub in king exec room, but no hot water ... Beautiful swimming pool is very cold as it never gets any sun.. Quite noisy as on flight path - nothing management can do about this... Do sad as it is a beautiful resort type hotel ..

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL 👎 Terrible service , even two star is too much for this hotel , worst breakfast buffet i ever seen , i stayed 6 nights the room service didnt even change the towel or ckean up the mugs not at all , stinky toilet and the worst part is very close to the airport , the sound of airplane is killing untill 4am,

Izba je veľmi čistá a dobre udržiavaná. Služba je tiež veľmi nápomocná. Poloha je v prístupovej ceste k letisku. Vzlet a pristátie lietadla do cca 1:30 hod. Bazén vo dvore. Žiaľ, voda nedopadá na slnko (ležadlá áno). Preto neustále veľmi studenú vodu. Raňajky veľmi riedko zásobené. Toastový chlieb, dva džemy, šalát, nejaké ovocie a dve teplé thajské jedlá. Tu by bol žiaduci väčší výber. Bohužiaľ, v rezorte nie je možné získať obed alebo večeru. Musíte ísť na hlavnú ulicu a niečo si dať. Možno trochu nepohodlné pre rodiny.

Property has potential to be great but in dire need of investment and deep cleaning. NO WAY this should be rated over 3star.
