Un magnífico hotel en el que todos los servicios nos encantaron. Todo el personal fue muy atento y servicial, limpieza perfecta tanto en la habitación como en todas las instalaciones, buena piscina, situación muy cerca de la playa. Služba je neuveriteľná - vďaka Matthieuovi a Emmymu, ktorí nám pomohli so všetkým, ako sú vylepšenia miestnosti, predĺžilo náš pobyt, keď bol hotel plný a neskoro vyskúšať, takže sa nemusíme báť !! Zariadenia sú veľmi pekné so všetkým, čo potrebujete - telocvičňa má kováčsky stroj s činkami na väčšie tréningy, herňu s bazénom a xboxom, rezort má tri krásne bazény. We loved it here! From the moment we stepped in,we felt at home. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, whether it's Siddhart from the front desk or Vansh from breakfast they were always humble and ready to help. The rooms were superb and very comfortable.We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread each morning and loved the convenient location close to beach and market.the service in the restaurant was incredible whether it's cocktail in the pool by Harsh or warm welcome by the lady waitress Ness.we would always recommend visiting this hotel when in Phuket.

I would really recommend to visit Chard restaurant as you can't miss the amazing food like mushroom pizza, which was so yummy, and I ate the whole thing, even though it was quite heavy for one person. Ribeye was tender and went well with the sauce and vegetables. It was perfectly cooked, and the flavors were amazing. The cocktails Negroni and Mountain Margarita recommended by the mixologist paired really well with our food. Thanks to Harsh for the great food & beverage recommendations and our server Faii for taking such great care of us.

Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a variety of options to please every palate. What really stood out was the staff’s dedication to making our stay exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. If you’re looking for the perfect beachside retreat, this hotel is an absolute gem. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking relaxation, luxury, and a touch of paradise. They even gave us keychains to take home!
