Phenomenal rooms, clean, comfortable, well spaced out. Delicious buffet breakfast, excellent location, 5 minutes to Surin or Kamala beaches, lots of nice restaurants and bars along the road outside hotel. Great pools, we had the deluxe pool access, pool view room. Amazing service, drinks and food from pool bar also. Look forward to returning.

Booked well in advance, only to have my reservation abruptly cancelled without any notice - no email, no call, no explanation until I chased them. Apparently a “deposit issue,” though they made zero effort to contact me. By the time I found out two days later by sheer coincidence, it was too late - everything else in the area was booked out. Zero flexibility. Zero communication. Zero care.

Najlepší plážový rezort, v ktorom som kedy bol. Chcem tu žiť. Pláž je neskutočná, voda je väčšinu času tak pokojná a fúka vietor. Objavil som sa 15 minút pred zatvorením bufetu a nikdy som nevidel žiadne jedlo, ktoré by nebolo na sklade. Jednoznačne 5-hviezdičkový bufet.

The rooms were outdated and had to often call to remind them to clean the rooms. Out of the 7 days we were there, 1 day did not include breakfast which was not communicated to us. That was the one day we ended up eating there and stopped because the food was bland. The other days which included breakfast, we skipped so I simply asked to swap the days and they made it so difficult and wouldn’t do it. Very disappointed in the front desk team and the service here. The security guard was very nice though and he made the stay.

Так-то неплохой отель, приятная и разнообразная территория. Правда без зелени совсем. Но два огромных НО: Первое - бардак на завтраках - столпотворение настоящее. Мармиты с едой раскиданы по всей площади ресторана и часть на улице под навесом. Постояльцы бродят толпами в раздумчивых поисках чего бы такого поесть сегодня. Второе - отель детский по сути. Детей ооочень много, постоянный шум, ор и гам, включая те же самые завтраки. Дискомфортно, очень. Так что если отдыхаете без детей, то желание вернуться в этот отель не возникнет. Для тех кто с детишками - тут прям кайф. p.s. Да, и ещё, удивительный факт, только что узнали, в номерах, в раковинах нет горячей воды. В душе есть; в раковине нет. Такая вот странна история.
