Location is Good, but service is pathetic, there is no staff to bring luggage to the room and from room to hotel lobby, One lady from Burma at the reception is very Rude in her behaviour, She talks very badly specially with Indian guests, And directly says go bring your luggage down. This hotel also directly says no to send plates, spoon, fork to the room, which is very pathetic, and Is very miser in Giving daily 2 water bottle per room, on second day of our stay it did not give any complimentary water that it promises, even on asking at reception there was no solution. Some staff are good, but one Lady in afternoon shift at reception does racism with Indian guests.
