ได้พักห้องชั้น 8 ห้อง 803 มีความเป็นส่วนตัว เตียงนุ่ม นอนสบาย และวิวทะเลดีมาก มีสระสองมุม ให้เล่น เล่นครบทั้งสองมุม ชอบฝั่งสระทาง the bay มากกว่าเพราะลงทะเลได้และมีความเป็นส่วนตัว แต่อาหารเข้าเมนูค่อนข้างน้อย อาจไม่ถูกปากคนไทย

연식에 비해 잘 관리가 되어 보이고 들어갈때 룸 업그레이드 해줘서 들어갈 때는 만족했었는데 하루 자고 나니까 우리 아이 팔다리에 수포가 올라오고 모기 물린것처럼 너무 간지러워해서 약국에서 약도 사다 발랐는데 베드버그에 물린걸 알게됨.. 이때 물린 흉터가 여행다녀온지 몇개월이 지났는데도 안없어짐... 이제는 연식있고 카페트 바닥인 숙소에는 다신 안가고 싶음

Good location, however, this hotel is subpar compared to other five-star hotels. The behaviour of some staff overshadowed the well manners of others, and the standards of the rooms made the trip less enjoyable. One of the staff members at the Cascade restaurant during dinner asked us to prove our room number by showing our key card when paying for the bill, as she believed we provided a fake room number. This was an insult towards us and we left feeling bitter, as this is not the type of service we believe a 5 star hotel should have. On the same night, we were asked rudely to ‘pay for the water’ as we were leaving, which we were totally unaware we were being charged for at the time. Similarly, by the bay pool bar, I was not made aware we were not allowed to sip on our own drinks. Although I am very happy to oblige to put away my drink, when the pool guard came over to tell me, he was rude and threatened to fine me on the spot. Despite the rooms being comfortable, multiple cockroaches were found climbing the walls and floors during our stay, where we would have to get rid of them ourselves. It may be an issue because of the heat outside and the coolness of the room, however this should be noted by the room staff.
