I ‘ve had an amazing friendly welcome at Pullman Hotel. I stayed for a month and everybody in Staff were wonderful In restaurant Peter,Leo,Tisha,Homie,Vanny ,Mong,Nether so good to me and so efficient thank you so much for a beautiful holiday The room was so clean and I thank my room maid Namfon keeping it so well. Thank you Pullman I hope to return next year Love and kindness Susan Spence

Well what a place to stay at this hotel has blown our minds away all the staff are fantastic and nothing is a problem for them they are all happy and smiling and good staff angelo and aya well deserved

ที่พักดีมากครับ เหมาะกับการพักผ่อนเป็นครอบครัว สถานที่ตั้งและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกได้ตามมาตรฐานสากล แต่ที่ต้องขอชมจริงๆคือการบริการของพนักงาน ตอนเชคอินเจอฟรอนท์ชื่อคุณนุ่น ดูเอาใจใส่รายละเอียดของลูกค้าดีครับ พนักงานส่วนอื่นๆก็ ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส บริการดีครับ เป็นตัวเลือกแรกๆของการมาพักที่พัทยาเลยครับ

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff would come back again for sure i want to mention the staff Angelo at the bar and aya at the front really are best staff and give good service to us

We had such a great time! There were 4 adults and 3 kids in our group, and since our friend is an Accor Platinum Level member, we got upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. The staff were super nice, from the bellboy to the reception team. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and didn’t even leave the hotel. The parents played table tennis and snooker, the kids loved the kids’ club, and in the afternoon, we enjoyed afternoon tea (2–4 PM) and evening cocktails (5:30–6:30 PM) at the Beach Club by the pool. Drinks like beer, wine, cocktails, and iced cocoa were unlimited, and we could keep asking for refills. Special thanks to Khun Peter, Khun Tana, and Khun Som for being so helpful. Khun Peter climbed on a chair to adjust the light for us when it was too bright! 😄🙏🏻 With service this good, we’ll definitely be back!
