Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Krabi recenzie 

The resort is beautiful but very poorly maintained. The housekeeping services do not respond. The in room air conditioning is horrible and even the fans do not work. On complaining there was no response. Cleanliness wise also needs improvement. The breakfast buffet needs more vegetarian options.

I stayed at Centara Grand, and it was an absolute disaster. The property is in terrible condition - not at all maintained. The rooms looked worn out, with outdated furniture, and the cleanliness was questionable. It was clear that no effort was made to maintain the place properly. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Instead of being welcoming, they were cold and dismissive. I had to wait for ages just to get assistance with basic requests, and when I finally did, I was met with attitude. The food was another major letdown. The quality was subpar, and the variety was limited. Nothing seemed fresh, and I could barely finish my meals. For a supposedly luxurious hotel, the dining experience was beyond disappointing. The breakfast starts at 6:30 am & the shuttle service to Pier was at 7:00 am and you can book the shuttle (only option) with a condition of reaching the place from where the shuttle leaves 15 minutes prior to the leaving time which means that a person can have only 10-12 minutes to have breakfast, which was not possible with small kids. I along with another couple requested to let us pack for our kids of age about 2 years but the lady present there very rudely denied us to do so. To top it off, the only buggy service available in the morning was completely insufficient. With so many guests and luggage, one buggy could hardly accommodate everyone. I ended up having to drag my kids to reception on foot. This hotel is not at all deserving of its "5-star" status. I would never recommend it to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere!

엔틱한 분위기와 미친듯한 친환경 뷰. 원숭이들이 뛰놀고 장엄한 암벽이 맞이한다. 진짜 좋다. 8할이 서양인이고 유럽 온 느낌이다. 유일한 흠은 자연이니 곤충들이 많다. 그래도 매우 매우 좋은 역대급 호텔

Okay about the hotel location is excellent. About services there is no proper service as global 5 stars hotel , not clean that much, rooms need to maintenance i got 2 rooms still problems. When check out they charge me 7600 TBH for things i already paid so i waste 30 minutes to prove that I paid already. Really shameful
