Samed Grandview Resort recenzie 

We recently stayed at Samed Grandview Resort for our annual company holiday vacation. My father, a business owner, generously treated 30 of his employees to this trip, booking 15 rooms for the group. Unfortunately, our experience at the resort was severely tarnished by poor customer service, particularly during check-in on December 18th, 2025. Upon check-in around noon, two from our group were directed to a room that was already occupied by another guest. This situation understandably upset the other guest and created an awkward and uncomfortable experience for everyone involved. When we brought this issue to the attention of the manager on duty, her response was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility or working to resolve the situation, she instead aggressively blamed my father and his employees for entering a room that belonged to another customer. Despite the disruption and the significant expense of our stay, no apology nor compensation was offered to make amends for the mistake. Fortunately, my father was later able to speak with another manager, who was understanding of the situation and encouraged us to formally report the incident via email. While we appreciated this follow-up, we deserved better treatment, and this experience left us questioning the resort’s standards for customer service. I hope the management at Samed Grandview Resort takes this feedback seriously and addresses the conduct of the staff member involved in this incident. For those considering a stay at the resort, I recommend confirming details and maintaining clear communication with staff to help prevent similar issues.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Amazing atmosphere and perfect spots on the beach. Rooms were very comfortable! Lots of good restaurants nearby (Chilli was our favorite). 10/10 excellent we would definitely stay here again. Staff and service was fabulous!

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Zimmer (Thaihouse) leider sehr laut, weil nebenan gebaut wurde. Lage top, direkt am Strand Frühstück reichhaltig leider nur bis 10:00 Uhr
