I taught the reviews would be exaggerated, however everything was true. There is construction going on in the hotel so if you like construction noise this is your spot. Our room was okay but the balcony door wasnt closing fully, so there were thousands of mosquitoes even though I killed millions of it. I am not gonna even talk about the restaurant because there is nothing worth of it. The food was disgusting and not edible. I think it was the worst food I have ever eaten. However, the breaking point was the shuttle to the pier, it was the funniest and most annoying thing I have experienced; it was funny to watch however painful to be in it. There wasnt enough shuttles so they were squishing people all together like a dough, I am not even talking about safety as the driver hiding a beer in his front door and he was super rude.

Rude staff. The last morning it was pouring rain. We were trying to get to the pier like the other people. It was crazy crowded in the lobby. They didnt organized anything. When it's our turn to get in the truck the staff member was yelling. And i saw the driver was hiding his beer in some towel???
