Nice hotel and great staff and service. Very basic breakfast and shower water keep changing from hot to cold, which is pretty annoying.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! Despite flooding in the village, the staff went above and beyond to make the best of the situation. They were incredibly kind, supportive, and organized everything for us seamlessly. The service was outstanding, the rooms spotless, and the overall experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this place!!

While the location of Buri Rasa in Koh Phangan is excellent, the overall experience was underwhelming, especially given the high price. The service was below average, with inattentive staff who seemed indifferent to guests’ needs. The air conditioning was a major issue, frequently malfunctioning and unable to provide adequate cooling, which was frustrating in the tropical climate. The outdoor area and trees were well-maintained, but this alone doesn’t justify the cost. Overall, the hotel failed to deliver on basic expectations, making the stay feel overpriced for what was offered. Would not recommend unless improvements are made.

Hotel Buri Rasa zaujme svojou fantastickou polohou, no bohužiaľ je tu veľa aspektov, ktoré kazia pobyt. Personál je pomalý a nepozorný, čo zanecháva službu hlboko pod očakávaniami. Ceny nápojov a jedla v hoteli sú primerané, ale celkový pomer ceny a výkonu nie je vôbec dobrý. Veľké problémy spôsobila technika v hoteli - najmä nám počas pobytu niekoľkokrát zlyhala klimatizácia, čo bolo v horúčavách naozaj nepríjemné. Telocvičňa je malá a ťažko použiteľná. Raňajky boli podľa thajských štandardov priemerné - výber bol obmedzený a kvalita zostala na želanie. Obzvlášť nepríjemné bolo, že celý hotel bol vo výstavbe. Aj keď hluk nebol hlavným problémom, podmienky na mieste boli všetko, len nie relaxačné. Neboli sme o tom vopred informovaní. Za cenu sme očakávali oveľa lepší zážitok.
