Room: Everything was great except for the room phone, which didn’t work. However, they do have a smart TV! Service: Outstanding service with 24-hour buggy rides and affordable room service. Location: The location is excellent—peaceful and right next to the beach. However, the parking area could be better. Overall, this place is amazing! I would definitely come back if I get the chance

Booked hotel on Luxury Escapes with a great offer: less than $100 AUD for two adults per night which includes free happy hour drinks from 4pm-7pm daily, free breakfast and lunch or dinner daily, and a free 45 minute massage per person. Hotel atmosphere was fantastic: well kept in most places, couldn't hear any traffic since secluded, close to beach, and plenty of restaurants within the resort. Free shuffle service info Khao Lak City was timely and convenient. Some areas in the room such as shower and tables were rough around the edges. Bed was still so not comfortable. One restaurant (Green and Grill) had very limited dinner menu when voucher was used. Distance from city was a bit annoying since had to use the shuttle each time.
