Určite som si užil pobyt v Solitaire! Oceňujem, že personál vyhovie požiadavkám na splnenie všetkých druhov požiadaviek. Tiež by som rád vyjadril svoju vďaku personálu Ormovi, ktorý sa o mňa dobre staral. Izba je väčšia ako iné hotely v podobných cenových reláciách. Služby sú tiež úžasné. Hotel ponúka aj bohaté možnosti raňajok. Ak ste si ho nekúpili vopred, stále môžete platiť na požiadanie.

Stayed for 2 weeks in beginning of November. The room was clean. I found the staff helpful and friendly in general. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not up to standard for a hotel. The food was not prepared properly. Cold baked beans and eggs. The bacon was rubbery to chew. It didn't improved in the 2 weeks I was there. The pool was clean but the pool towel were worn and had holes in them. The hotel is located in a bar zone so noise is a big problem. I cannot recommend this hotel.

This is the big mistake I made on this trip. 1, They sent me an email saying will be upgrade to a bigger with kitchen depends on availability. I do prefer do not receive such kind of email without possible. If I need to pay for the upgrade. I will ask for it. 2/ Deposit-I booked 3nights. Then asked me for 3 nights Deposit. It doesn't make any senses. If I booked for 30 days. Then 30 days Deposit. She told me is company policy as excuse. What the you are a hotel to serve guest. 3. The heat iron were water dropping at all time. Even they changed the other one has the same problem. The reason are using tap water with a lot of chemicals which they do not clean inside. 4. The bathroom is not clean. 5. I have been staying NYSA next to them. It is much better than it. Even the cheaper one of Eleven hotel is not far away from it. They are much better. I asked for cancelation my 1daya remain. She has refused me. But she was trying to offer me another room in higher floor. After I saw it. Same banana. The room is facing the corners of the street. A lot of Tok Tok and motorcycle muffler sound. After review all other comments. I do notice they have no action to improve it. I really do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
