BV Oly Hotel recenzie 

La prima volta che ho soggiornato in questo hotel, non mi sono sentito rispettato o positivo. Sono stato trattato molto male, nessun rispetto per i nuovi clienti e nessun incoraggiamento a tornare. Uno dei gestori non era né flessibile né positivo e si è occupato di me senza per quanto riguarda la durata del viaggio ho chiesto solo di verificare che fossi in anticipo di 5 ore. Questo è disumano e non valorizza al cliente.

Tichý hotel, výborný pomer kvalita/cena

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire travel life. Wi-Fi doesn’t work properly, equipment and general facilities outdated. Ac’s do not work! They had the biggest mosquitoes I have ever seen my life, and I mean, I am from Nigeria and mosquitoes shouldn’t be a worry, but this was a very terrible experience. Called the staff to complain about the AC’s not working and he had the effrontery to tell a lie, saying, “it is the policy of the City Council not put on AC’s in July “ 🙄 Ridiculous attempt to hide their inefficient facilities! I regretted leaving the Black Hotel for this place because I wanted to be closer to town 😡. The hotel is definitely not a 4* more like 1* 👎🏿. Loved the location 🫣
