Other than the hotel looking nice we did not have a great experience. When we were checking out, they charged us an extra 80 euros for a dinner we did not have. Apparently they were using strips of paper to bill your hotel room and not actual receipt. When we asked for a refund at the moment we noticed, the person working the credit card machine seemed to not know how to refund the amount minus what we actually owed. We have been asking for a refund since the day we checked out, sent multiple emails, phone calls etc and we always get the response that "We'll fix it by the end of the day" and that never happens. Would not recommend this place. And even if you do go there, make sure to check your receipt very well and give yourself ample time to dispute the transaction right then and there before they take your card. We did not do this and we are literally paying for it now.
