The design of the hotel and the location was the best thing of this hotel. Very central and close to most of the attractions and shopping. Perfect for a couple.
The spa area was really small though and totally forgotten with no clean towels or water. The pool was not heated and the steam room was not turned on. It was also really loud in the morning and you could hear everything from the hallway.
