Alpen Resort & Spa recenzie 

Mal som veľmi pohodlný pobyt. Izba bola priestranná a čistá a mala terasu, takže to bol pohodlný pobyt. Personál bol tiež milý. Myslel som si, že by bolo ľahké porozumieť, aj keď som nebol dobrý v angličtine, keby existovala mapa hotela.

Generally, it is a good hotel with convenient location, room view of Matterhorn is a major plus. And near to alot of restaurants and attractions. Breakfast is great with wide varieties of choices. But we were quite disappointed that they did not alert us of a bathroom glass installation that was happening during our stay, after which there was a strong pugent smell of glue inside the room. We complained about this and they changed the room for us, but it is a major hassle for us due to lots of lugagge and small kids
