I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The facilities were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The highlight of my experience was the receptionist “Philip”, who was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. He made check-in seamless and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. As well as the reception staff was friendly. Highly recommended!

As always, the staff are very welcoming and pleased to serve. Today, Mr. Philip assisted us, and he is very jolly and kind. The room is cozy and clean, and the view is lovely as it overlooks the Al Wasl Dome.

Philip was super helpful with my check in. He was always polite and cheerful and often made my day better. The room was very clean and comfortable I stayed for 30 days and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
