Phoenix Hotel recenzie 

Spent 1 days in Phoenix hotel. I made 100 % cash payment. By check out I discovered they charged me a second time on my card employee carrying check out assured me it will be refunded. 1 month later I still haven’t received a refund! Ive been asking their helpdesk and still didnt get the money back. Im very dissapointed they feel comfortable to steal from their holiday guests.
