Všetko je miestne a blízko a nebudem klamať, tento hotel naozaj ponúka a ponúka všetko, čo dobrý hotel ponúka. Poloha je krásna s mnohými plážami v blízkosti a tiež centrom mesta hneď vedľa hotela, služby sú tu skutočne úžasné. Upratovačky v každej hotelovej izbe sú 100% dôveryhodné a veľmi zdvorilé a milé, a hoci tieto hotelové izby nemajú byť obrovské alebo ako AIRBNB, izby sú stále vo veľmi dobrom stave. Naozaj by som ho odporučil, najmä pre rodiny s deťmi :).

This is a really great hotel. It's very family oriented, and my kids LOVED it. Those complaining about this hotel, must be rating it as if it was a 5-star luxury hotel. It's not, but at 3 stars, this hotel rocks! The staff is super friendly, and really helpful. The animation team is awesome. They are so good with the kids! The mini-disco is really good too, all though the music is way too loud. And it is a bit late. 20.30-21.30 is late for small kids. But otherwise really great! We stayed in a renovated appartment, and it was super nice. The room was clean, the appartment was big, and since we stayed at the ground floor, we had a terrace, and even a small yard for the kids to play in. The pools are really good too. They open a little late (10.00), but plenty of sunbeds, and different pools with different options. We chose the All Inclusive option, and we were glad we did! The breakfast buffet is really good! Pancakes, different types of bread, cereal, different kinds of eggs, fruit, bacon, sausages, beans - everything really. The evening buffet changed a bit every evening, which was nice! Even the cocktails included in the All Inclusive option were good! Sooo tasty! We had to leave for home really early in the morning, before the buffet opened, and as a special service, the prepare breakfast take-away for those leaving that early. So considerate! If there's one thing I thought was a little bit irritating, it would be that you had to place a small deposit for your own cup, which you then have to bring every time you want a drink. You can always get a new clean cup, but it's just a little bit annoying to always have to bring your own cup. If you forget it in your room, you have to go back for it before you can get a new drink. But all in all, a fantastic stay. Value for money for sure. We would definitely come back! A few tips and tricks: 1. Make sure to bring some cash. They only take cash for deposits on towels and cups. 2. Spend the extra money on a renovated room. Really! 3. Try the Pina Colada. Yummy! 4. Get sunbeds on the "upper deck", there's sun all day, whereas there shade a lot of the time by the kiddy pool. 5. You can order a cake if it's someones birthday, and the staff will bring it too you, singing happy birthday. 6. Out front of the Hotel and to the left, by the roundabout, there's a nice little town with several small touristy stores, as well as a little activities for the kids, such as small gokarts and small carousels.

Ruky preč!!!! Všetko je plné Angličanov, celý deň je to neskutočne nahlas, páchne a celý komplex vrátane izieb je veľmi spustnutý. Kontaktovali sme našu cestovnú kanceláriu a dúfame, že zmena hotela je možná!

Krásny personál krásny hotel s vynikajúcou polohou sa vráti budúci rok

Len sme zostali noc pred zatvorením na koniec sezóny. Čistota vo všeobecnosti bola nízka (v spoločných priestoroch aj na izbách), napriek tomu, že v tom čase bola zaznamenaná renovácia neďalekej miestnosti, vyskytli sa chyby, ktoré poukazovali na zanedbanie. V našej izbe bolo nadmerné množstvo mravcov. Izbu sme mali o druhej, zle dokončené upratovanie, bez potrebných uterákov a obliečky bolo treba meniť. Nasledujúci deň sme museli opustiť izbu o 11:00 a hotel sa zatvoril o 12:30. Vzali sme ponuku, ktorá zahŕňala turnaj v paddle tenise, ale vôbec to nestálo za to, nakoniec to bolo drahé, pretože sme si to nemohli užiť.
