Termes Montbrio Resort, Spa & Park recenzie 

I was at Termes with a friend for a week-end cycle ride around the Priorat area and Montbrió del Camp's lovely surroundings. The hotel grounds are truly impressive in their size and various aspects of its design. On the other hand, customer service left to be desired: upon check-in late at night we were mistakenly given a room that was already occupied. Imagine our surprise when entering the room upon realising that someone (whom we woke up) was fast asleep already. Back at the reception desk we were assigned by a surprised and embarrassed assistant a new room, which however only had a double bed (my friend and I aren't a couple). Upon check-out I requested to have a €4 beer that my friend consumed waived as compensation for the check-in blunder. The request was declined on the grounds of the problem having been inadvertent and quickly resolved with a like-for-like solution; never mind that we didn't have separate twin beds per our original reservation. This was a very poor and cheap demonstration of lack of customer focus. [EDIT]. I'm not clear as to what the reply to my comment means: doesn't feel very constructive.

Celé ráno som sa snažil urobiť rezerváciu. Vždy ma prepoja k agentovi, ktorý nakoniec hovor presmeruje a ja sa nikdy s nikým neporozprávam. Keď hovorím s agentom, povedia mi, že nemôžu robiť nič iné. Úprimne povedané, veľmi nespokojný s liečbou.

Zostali sme jednu noc s raňajkami a 3 hodinami aquatoniky, všetko bolo celkom dobré

Vynikajúci hotel, ale izby potrebujú aktualizáciu. Všetci zamestnanci boli veľmi priateľskí, recepcia a služby veľmi dobré. Správne kúpele, pre mňa mám rád príliš veľa ľudí. S partnerom sme absolvovali duo balijskú masáž a reflexnú terapiu, ktorá bola pre nás vynikajúca. Dobré možnosti liečby. Dôsledný obed. Nemôžem hovoriť o jedle, pretože sa mi to nezdalo príťažlivé a išli sme sa najesť mimo hotela.
