Hotel Medium Sitges Park recenzie 

Terrible experience, be careful when you book this hotel. I just had to cancel my booking due to personal reasons and according to their conditions, I as able to cancel at no cost up to 7 days before arrival. I just cancelled 7 days in advance (today is 19 and the booking is for the 26) and now they want to charge me anyway. I just called the hotel and they showed no intention whatsoever to help, it was useless. Very disappointed because, we were thinking about re-scheduling, but this hotel do not care about its customers.

I recently stayed at Hotel Medium Sitges Park and it was amazing! 😍 The location was perfect, right in the heart of Sitges and close to the beach. The room was super comfortable and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back! 👍🌴

So I booked this place after cross referencing reviews on Booking and Google. I arrived earlier than expected and the check in process was nice and smooth. The woman behind the desk, Claudia, was super helpful and kind. I left my bags and headed out. I managed to get checked in at around 1:30pm which was really nice. It’s quite a sprawling building and the room I was in was really nice - there were ants in the bathroom but I figured this was pretty usual? Anyway it was fine. It was rather cold but I figured out how to do the heat and have included a video. I had the breakfast on my booking which is pretty incredible. A wide variety of options available which was great - also there were vegan options as well. On the first breakfast I took one croissant for later and the man who worked there cursed me out in Spanish which was totally unnecessary. I went to reception and she said that even though I had paid for breakfast I could take nothing out of the room - because if I did then everyone would. Now, I appreciate the taking of certain foods but others? A totally ridiculous reaction. This was compounded later that day when I noticed in reception that all the cakes had been cut up and left for guests to take at their will…so strange. Across the week other guests took fruit away with them and I hope they got the same onslaught of insults from the Grumpy employee that I got. Despite this - the location of the hotel is perfect. The room was warm and the bed comfortable. I couldn’t get enough sleep. I’m glad I stayed here but I do think that if there are rules to follow then make it clear for guests.

No se merece 5 estrellas, yo le pongo 6 estrellas. Nos dieron mucha información sobre los temas que pregunté, sobre todo de restaurantes. Mucha limpieza y muy bien ubicado. Muy agradables el personal incluido el de la limpieza. El desayuno excelente. Que más puedo decir.

¡Tiene una muy buena ubicación y la decoración es increíble! El personal de recepción puede mejorar un poco más al momento de responder y entregar las solicitudes de los huéspedes (un gorro de ducha NO se le tira al cliente), es mejor evitar los fines de semana porque con los eventos exteriores tendrás una alarma musical que durará toda la mañana/tarde y recepción no sabe responder a qué hora terminaba, su contestación fue “acá no escuchamos nada”. Si quieren usar la piscina tendrán que esperar hasta marzo 2025. A pesar de que no usamos el servicio de limpieza las chicas fueron super amables y resolutivas a nuestras peticiones. El desayuno estaba bien.
