On Aug 30th, I drove from Lisbon to meet an old friend in Portimão and booked this hotel. The overall experience was very bad in terms of the beds, shower and the living room. We had no drinking water in the room, towels had dirty water smell, the beds had bed bugs which made us stay up until the morning because we couldn’t sleep. So itchy and body was irritated. We changed the bed sheets and still same issue. The shower head was broken and tub was clogged.

Os quartos são excelentes apesar de faltar uma mesa no quarto para as refeições está só na varanda. O que incomoda imenso é algo a trabalhar durante toda a noite que no silêncio da noite se houve continuamente. O serviço é excelente
