Wyndham Garden Playa Del Carmen recenzie 

-Room has no fridge. -No ice bucket. We requested one. -Only one small bottle of water provided. -No option for a "Do not disturb" sign. The staff banged on the door at 9:15. I told them we didn't need housekeeping. 15 minutes later, the banged again. 😠 -No balcony. -Beetle bug. -The sliding closet doors were off their track, so they are stuck. -Bring earplugs. -Breakfast buffet isn't great. They ran out of forks, so I ate my eggs with a spoon. -The Xmas music is on a 30 minute loop. -the rental bikes are crap. -They removed the business rooms since last visit. -After I checked out, I realized I forgot my raincoat in the room. No luck communicating with the hotel after several attempts in English AND Spanish. It's just gone.

Un hotel con muy buena ubicación con estacionamiento y un servicio muy agradable de parte de todos los empleados, desafortunadamente el hotel ya necesita mucho mantenimiento, pintura, eléctrico etc, el único detalle que encontramos es que en nuestra estancia el piso nunca se veía limpio.
