Staff never said no! They were really friendly and the resort is nice

Rooms are spacious and good. Clean and well maintained. Ocean views are awesome ! Service and food in restaurants are not they great . Food is tasteless and under cooked ! Options are limited . Even Mexican food lacked flavor in Mexico . Service is not they great . If you ask for anything it will not come on time ! Location is best if you want to be close to beaches . Pools are very good and clean . Lots of activities!

Hotel is Ok Just don’t come here if you’re planning a relaxing vacation and getting in bed early. There’s a Wedding EVERY night. SO LOUD it feels like they are partying IN your room. Wedding crowd too, YELLING and slapping doors all night long. OH and dont come for the Beach either, unless SEAWEED is ur thing.

My wife and I are UVC members and we stayed for two weeks ending Dec 3 2024. This was our second visit. We enjoyed ourselves. It is close enough to walk to the ferry to go to Isla Majeures. Didn't really get an upgrade but that is ok. As before the outside pool is large and nice. We love the whole roof top pool/lounge/grill, although on windy days we had to go to the main pool. We spent several whole days up there. Very little to complain about; as usual the "fine dining" options, drinks and desserts were very uneven, only the Blue Water Grill upstairs gave us consistently great food for breakfast and dinner. (the drinks were so uneven that many times we had to make the trip to the 12th floor to the preferred lounge to get a decent drink to take down to the main pool. The buffet was ok (I like buffet, my wife not a fan). The outside grill poolside was good too! The Preferred Lounge never rotated it offerings with only stale sandwiches and dried cold sushi every day and few to non existent desserts ? Need a change there. Having said that I think at these resorts change depending on the staff. Last time we were there the food was awesome at the preferred lounge. Room service last time we were there was pretty good but not so much this time with less options which might not be available until 11:00. The new Vista Prime restaurant has an impressive décor but the food and service did not match. Only went once. We would consider coming back but we have many more resorts to check out and compare the Vista to.
