Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club recenzie 

Toto miesto je nádherné a personál odvádza slušnú prácu so službami - povedal by som, že priemer alebo možno nižšie. Je tiež také pekné, že je to len pre dospelých. Okrem plaveckého bazéna v našich izbách je k dispozícii viacero bazénov. Izby sú krásne a postele pohodlné. Upratovanie odviedlo skvelú prácu a naša chladnička bola vždy doplnená. Tu však všetky pozitíva končia. Prišli sme na svadbu, ktorá sa tu mala konať, takže som nebol príliš naštvaný, pretože by som urobil čokoľvek, aby som videl nevestu vydatú! ALE, ak by som tu zostal len kvôli vlastnej dovolenke, bol by som taký naštvaný. Jedlo je podpriemerné v celom stredisku - nie je dobré. Toto je frustrujúce vzhľadom na faktor all inclusive – to je to, s čím chceme zarobiť peniaze. Mali sme lepšie sushi v obchode s potravinami v Texase. Žiadne jedlo nemá žiadnu príchuť. Po vyskúšaní všetkých reštaurácií sme odišli z nehnuteľnosti. Neexistuje ani jedna verejná vírivka, pokiaľ nejdete do kúpeľov. Ak si neobjednáte kúpeľnú službu s ich skutočne absurdnými cenami, je to 50 dolárov za použitie vírivky. Sprcha v našej izbe nikdy nebola horúca. Potrebujú tiež viac kyvadlovej dopravy na pláž a z pláže, pretože majú 1,5 až 2 hodiny prestávky a ak sa nedostavíte o 15 až 20 metrov skôr, budete musieť počkať na ďalšiu, pretože je plná, alebo odísť, keď odíde skôr. Hovoria, že majú na majetku bankomat – nemajú. Objednali sme si nápoje pri bazéne alebo na pláži a nikdy sme ich nedostali pri viac ako jednej príležitosti. Celkovo je to tu oveľa viac zlé ako dobré a pre našu ďalšiu cestu do Tulum by som si vybral niekde inde. Môj manžel je členom Hyatt a mám pocit, že toto stredisko nespĺňa meno Hyatt.

Fuimos a festejar mi pareja y yo nuestro cumpleaños y desde que llegamos avisamos esto en recepción, el día de nuestro cumpleaños no tuvieron la atención de dejar algún detalle o por lo menos dar una felicitación, pedimos comida a la habitación y tardaban más de una hora en llevar el servicio y las alitas estaban crudas, al finalizar de comer, pedíamos que fueran a retirar los platos sucios y tardaban más de 2 hrs en recoger los platos, en una ocasión después a esa pedí otro servicio a la habitación y no me habían recogido los platos sucios y en vez de llevarse los sucios y dejar el nuevo servicio, me dejaron los platos sucios en la puerta de mi habitación, en el club de playa tardaban en llevar un trago, la alberca de la habitación estaba muy fría y se les comentó a los encargados de la limpieza de la habitación y comentaron que no tenían forma de calentarla, nos hicieron la limpieza en nuestra habitación y olvidaban rellenar el frigobar, se les hizo todos estos comentarios a la gerencia del hotel y la respuesta sólo fue que ofrecían una disculpa y que pasarían los comentarios pertinentes a cada área correspondiente Sin embargo tenemos que agradecer al personal del Market Cafe que fueron muy amables en el desayuno, a Nallely que era muy atenta y amable en el bar Half Time, al DJ y asistente que ponen el karaoke los días Viernes en el bar Half Time, al chico que hace las pulseras en el club de playa, al chofer que te lleva al club de playa que nos hizo recomendaciones para pasar un buen momento y a Marlen concierge de mi habitación que si no hubiera sido por ellos en verdad hubiera pasado unas malas vacaciones.

We went to Secrets Tulum for a wedding and it was fine but it’s not a good value. The Pros - The property is beautiful and the rooms are nice. The pools were great. The staff is very friendly and hard working. They are helpful The Cons- The food is not good. I don’t know if they are trying to save money by using cheap ingredients or they don’t have good recipes but the food just was not good. I would completely overhaul the restaurants and use good ingredients. The location - the pools were nice but go to Tulum for the beautiful beaches. The shuttles are nice but only leave every 90 minutes. It’s 45 minutes round trip. That’s a long time to be sitting on a shuttle. The staff is under resourced. They are working so hard but they don’t have enough staff to meet customer needs. Dinner service took 90 minutes because there just weren’t enough staff. Finally - the Price. It’s an insanely expensive place for what you get. I don’t feel like the experience was worth the money. I wish the hotel the best. The staff make it worth while but I don’t know if I’ll trust an all inclusive again.
