This is our second stay at this resort. The rooms were clean and turned over quickly. The service always excellent they do their best to ensure your experience. The food quality was a little inconsistent, though the food was still enjoyable. I do agree that the drinks are often watered down. We felt safe while staying here and it's not too far from the airport. Where this resort EXCELS is the entertainment! Constant live music, shows, and activities that are so enjoyable! The magician Fernando Keops was incredibly talented at sleight of hand, my mouth was open the whole time. Every show and activity we did, everyone had a great time, including the staff which is the best part! We noticed the staff work incredibly hard here and we appreciated it. Would certainly return and bring our parents!

We stayed six nights straddling Christmas 2024. We opted for a junior suite with ocean view for $6,400 including tax. Overall this is a nice resort and we had a great time. If you like the photos and have been to an all-inclusive before you will like this place. Here are some details you should know before you go. 1. A week before our reservation I got a very scammy email saying I had to prepay for the hotel via a generic BBVA payment website or my reservation would be canceled. This was super weird because I booked through Hyatt.com and it was not a prepaid reservation. After two calls to Hyatt and then the hotel, I decided to pay it, even though that was not the reservation agreement. Of course when I paid Chase declined it. So add another call to Chase to resolve. 2. Ocean view does not mean ocean view. We booked the most expensive non-club room and all we could see was water in the distance above restaurants and palm trees. There are five or six buildings on each side forming a horseshoe. We were in the building furthest back. The front desk said it was ocean view since we were on the fourth floor. They of course tried to upsell us to the club rooms. Later, I learned that the entire front half of the resort was club level rooms. This disingenuousness in describing the rooms was not a good beginning. If you want to be anywhere near the ocean, your only option is a club room. 3. You will be upsold a lot. After talking with three people to check in and two phone calls offering spa treatments, transportation, etc. we asked them to put a note on our reservation not to contact us. 4. The beach is great. The sand is well maintained and the service is good. But, a little less than half of the beach is reserved for club rooms. 5. The dinner restaurants were better than we expected for an all-inclusive. We had the Asian, French, Italian, and the pool-side grill. 6. Room service was pretty good and was quick. 7. The breakfast buffet was large and fresh (except a few items like the carving station). However, the buffet is your only breakfast option unless you booked a club room which has a table service breakfast option. 8. Lunch was a low point. The hamburger was good. Wings and pizza was not good. They did some special grill events which were good. 9. Drinks were generally good, albeit inconsistent. Stick with the typical beach fare (my favorite was a Miami Vice). Don't order anything like an Old Fashion which was not drinkable at all. 10. The room was great and was as advertised. Housekeeping and turndown service was good. We had one other issue unique to me. Despite asking for distilled water for my breathing machine days before we left, it wasn't until midnight of our second night before we got some. This took about five conversations.

Dieses Hotel ist der Wahnsinn! Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause. Das Zimmer war super, die Sauberkeit ist hierbei besonders hervorzuheben. Die Außenanlage des Hotels zusammen mit dem direkt angrenzenden Strand sind außergewöhnlich. Das Essen in den zahlreichen Restaurants ist ausgezeichnet und nicht zu vergleichen mit den 0815 Buffets in anderen All Inklusive Hotels. Jeder Abend hat sich angefühlt wie „Ausgehen in einem ausgewählten Restaurant“. Das Fschpersonal des Hotels liest einem die Wünsche oder Bedürfnisse von den Lippen ab. Dabei sind sie sehr höflich und nicht aufdringlich. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt.
