Rachel gave excellent service at the pool. Great staff.

Rachel is the best server ever. She was very attentive and friendly. Always asked us if we needed anything and even brought us food and drinks in anticipation of our needs.

I’ve loved it. Wife , one year old and five year old. Lovely attractive beach cove , mangroves and wildlife. Food is very good. I’m quite fussy but for an all inclusive this is great. Lots of variation. Amazing cocktails! In fact the red wine Merlot was also very pleasant. Staff are happy to help. Hotel isn’t brand new but perfectly good. A lovely atmosphere and on the whole everyone seems really happy. Amazing kids club and staff. Nice you can walk into play del carmen via Avenue 5 that’s right outside complex. I even walked to a tennis lesson across town in playa Car (one hour) Safe. Cheap taxis available if you get one from a few blocks outside hotel. The same for getting cash out. Taxis in hotel are premium for the convenience of collecting you from the front. I wholeheartedly reccomend this place. It’s our 5th all inclusive resort to put this in context . Two in Mexico, one in Maldives, Ikos in Kos and one in Crete.
