Wyndham Grand Cancun All Inclusive Resort & Villas recenzie 

Hotel je nový, krásny a príjemný. Priestranná izba s balkónom má minibar s nealkoholickými nápojmi, vodou a pivom, nikdy nám nepovedali, či boli zahrnuté hehe. Má naparovaciu žehličku, normálnu žehličku a veľmi dobre vybavenú sušičku. Čo sa mi veľmi nepáčilo je, že zakaždým, keď idete von so svojím vozidlom, vezmú vám údaje a keď nastúpite, vezmú vám údaje, áno, zakaždým to isté a dobre, je trochu neskoro a ja nie nevidím zmysel.

Update December 2024. It's the third time we stayed at this hotel. Highlights: - The rooms are seriously renovated! Very neat looking and practical in every detail. - The previous kids club is now teens club with arcade games etc. - The brand new kids club now includes an indoor facility, a small playground AND an entire water park to itself, all tucked in a quiet oasis with lounge chairs, tables etc where few people are seen. - Very friendly service. Problems: - The rooms are not sound proof. In fact, during the night it amplifies people's voices from the hallway straight to your ears. Surprising how NOT sound proof a hotel room can be. - Still not many great food choices (again I'm a picky Asian stomach) especially for dinner, when we can basically only have buffet as other places are booked up quickly (+ many require a dress code that sounds too formal to be kids friendly). - You have to ask to know how dinner reservation works, they don't make it clear that availability only opens up at 9am for each night. Set your alarm if interested. Good thing is it can be done online. In conclusion, if you are a parent who hasn't stayed in this hotel, and you don't mind trying your luck whether there will be people night talking in your hallway, I highly recommend it just for the kids club. ========= Original review =========== Pros: Room is relatively new. Location is near the aqua dock, and have convenience stores across the street. Nice white sand. Has a spacious children's club. Lady there was kind and helpful. Has non-buffet restaurant for lunch. Impossible to make dinner reservation. No availability anymore before we arrive. Overall food is so so. Cons: Room is a bit small. We booked king but got double, making it hard to keep kids from falling cause we have 2 kids, can't fit all in one small bed with parents on both sides. 3.5 yo fell the first night. Children's club doesn't have much toys. No outdoor playground or kiddie pool. In general a newer-fashioned resort with good beach and location, but short on kids stuff.

Wyndham Grand Cancun offers a beautiful stay but could improve its dining experience. Limited restaurant access leads guests to La Paloma frequently, where the food is average but service is excellent.
