Dreams Natura Resort & Spa recenzie 

Went for a wedding, but honestly couldn’t agree that this was a 4 or 5 star resort. The water- FREEZING! The service was good but the food was at par, nothing to blow us away. Not enough entertainment at this hotel. My worst experience was when I checked in, I had about 1000 mosquitoes outside of my room and another 1000 of them dead on the floor (because I complained and they sprayed the area but did not sweep them up). So Everytime I went into my room, tons of mosquitoes would fly inside. I requested to switch rooms but they did not accommodate me. The first morning and every morning after that, I would get woken up by LOUD MUSIC and cheering. Only to find out at 7:30 am every single day, the “Hyatt” timeshare sales room was hosting a timeshare meeting for people to get sucked into… it would wake me up every single day. This really ruined not only my sleep, but my entire trip. They did not agree to move me when I first asked and for this, I am extremely disappointed with my stay. My balcony faced the coffee shop and I had ZERO privacy. Also, no point purchasing the “partial ocean view” because that was a complete lie and I did not have any ocean view.

It’s a small pretty resort. There just isn’t much to it. Everyone is nice. This just isn’t the place for much variety. It’s quaint.

Všetko bolo úžasné okrem jedla. Jedlo bolo hrozné. Nemali sme inú možnosť, ako sa najesť v rezorte, pretože je ďaleko od mesta. Boli sme sklamaní zo všetkého, čo sme mali. Preto hodnotím celkovo 3. VŠETCI zamestnanci boli mimoriadne priateľskí a nápomocní. Ak nechcete byť sklamaní jedlom, možno budete chcieť vyskúšať iný rezort.
