Dreams Jade Resort & Spa recenzie 

Tuvimos mala experiencia con respecto al tema de servicio, esto debido a que no nos explicaron el tema de alimentación horario etc, es por ello que batallamos con el tema de la comida, así misma se muere todo a las 11 incluso el bar cuando es un todo incluido y en otros hoteles de la misma temática es minino hasta la 1 o 2 am. De ahí en fuera bien incluyendo la atención por los meros.

Honest review for a '5 star resort'. The resort is 3 1/2 star - perhaps 4 star at best. The resort is expensive and will try to rip you off. Preferred Club Pool is their signature piece, which we loved. This is not an 'adults only' resort, it is split into 2 parts with a lot of shared facilities. Restaurants are arguably 3 star at best and will not exceed expectations. Mecure, (Teppanyaki @ Spice) & Buffet were the only 3 really worth visiting. If you are vegetarian or vegan which my wife is, you will not enjoy this resort based on the food as there is limited options. Service was sometimes good, sometimes not great. If you complain you will feel like you're being punished. We would not book this resort again as it was for our honeymoon, and they was not very accommodating for that we found. The resort does have it's perks, but value for money is not there. If there was not a character limit on google I would give a full in-depth review which would be fair an honest. Beach is cleaned frequently and beautiful however very small. Rooms are out-dated but still nice, could do with some modernisation. You will not come away from the resort experiencing any authentic Mexican food. There are some brilliant parts of the resort, and some not so amazing parts of the resort. 3-4 star is the best we could give the resort. Room - 3/5 Service - 3/5 Pool - 5/5 Entertainment - 1/5 Cost - 1/5 - unrealistic pricing.

No staff available, I don't care if it was the beginning of low season, stays are generally expensive, and there wasn't anything 5 star about this hotel other than the lobby. Bell boys are not existent, other than for requesting the check out card. Room service? Not existent as well. It has some "restaurants" though they won't service you, because there is no staff. Tipping doesn't get you far here, speaking English and being foreign does, so as a Mexican I had to speak English to them all the time. Rooms were never cleaned either, they are loud and there is constant banging and thumping, which is odd because there is no staff. I'm really surprised Hyatt lent their name to this building, I used to associate Hyatt with high quality. The only high quality here was the lobby layout...
