Pozrite si zábavný tím, najmä Jesús a Eduardo, Gabriel z reštaurácie Lemon & Fish, veľmi priateľskí, pozorní a profesionálni, vďaka nim bol náš pobyt 10.

Krásny hotel, príliš útulný.

Neuveriteľný týždeň vo dvojici. Hotel je čistý a krásny. Mali sme OBROVSKÚ izbu s kúpaním v časti „rezerva“. Jedlo bolo veľmi dobré. Bazény boli čisté. Vrelo odporúčam!

Pretty good overall, decor and grounds are stunning. -nice pool w swim up bar. -The food at the grill next to the pool was my favorite, especially the fish tacos and ceviche. -get a cabana next to the pool- worth it. Came with a bottle of alcohol and a giant seafood platter. -We did the Asian restaurant one night--did not realize hibachi is on one side and sushi on the other so make sure you are booking in the section you want you can't get food from both. -Breakfast Buffett was decent, has an omelet station. Smoothie and juice bar was good. -pretty beach without a ton of hotels in sight -awesome martini bar -I will say my husband and I travel to a ton of high end resorts and we get spoiled with impeccable customer service. The workers here were nice generally, but some had a bit of attitude so I think if you want that elite service, as expected with most 5 star resorts, you need to book the Reserve package.
