Hyatt Vivid Grand Island 

Pues la verdad. Se pierden clientes locales. Hasta para entrar a Cenar. Hoy fuimos a dejar a la hija de unos Amigos Franceses. Ella vino a un Curso por 6 meses a la Universidad la Salle, y sus Padres llegaron hoy de Francia, para estar 1 semana y " conocer" Cancun pero.... nos dijeron que NO nos podíamos quedar, por que aún nuestros amigos no habían llegado del aeropuerto. Y tuvimos que dejar a su hija ahí. Íbamos a Cenar en el Restaurante del Hotel todos, y darles la Bienvenida pero.... no pudimos. Así que un Tacheeeeeee de mi parte para este " hotel". En París Nos han Tratado Mejor. En el Hotel Eduard 7. Cerca de la Opera. Así, que creo que,NOoooo me perdí de gran cosa en este hotel.!. 😜

I was not very impressed with this hotel. The room and view looked nice but the insulation of the room was terrible. you can hear everything from people arguing, music, the dragging or moving of furniture upstairs. The hotel was very pushy like they said they would like to take us to tour their other hotel location and they started to sell the vacation package pretty hard, wasting our whole day of vacation not getting to the point. It was overwhelming. The restaurants in this hotel were good especially the French restaurant. I am not so sure about the Italian restaurant you don't give penne as orecchiette for pasta. I am pretty sure I understand what it is supposed to look like for what I ordered, and the waiter was kinda rude and didn't feel like talking and had an attitude. The ambiance of the hotel of the pool cafe buffet and bar were good. They did serve good cocktails and the food quality in the buffet was great lots of ceviche selections. The beach club was not on site and they had a shuttle transferring the customers, but they failed to mention they have a lunch break from 2-3pm so a lot of us were just sitting there wasting time trying to go to the beach. They certainly can stagger schedules or at least inform the information. Overall, not a very good experience compared to the other hotels or other Hyatt facilities and kinda made my experience with the chain not as good.

La pasamos increíble. La comida deliciosa, el staff muy atento y el entretenimiento super!!! Es un hotel enfocado en relajación y mindfulness, solo para adultos, no esperen fiesta. Recomiendo hacer el Booking de transportación con amstar desde y hacia el aeropuerto.

The corner suite had a wonderful view of golf course and a huge L - shape patio. Vantage club offered premium drinks. Great all-inclusive resort hotel!

They forgot to celebrate our special occasion but we are enjoying our vacation so far. Beach club here was beautiful and the staff working here are friendly. Food is overall tasty.
