Hotel Xcaret Mexico recenzie 

Earned this trip through my company. Have never stayed in an all-inclusive, nor have I been to Mexico before this trip. Went with just my husband. Checked in on Monday, 2Dec by a gal with a terrible cold, I felt badly for her, but man, she was not with it. She told us "go left, left, down, straight, left, right, right, left to get to your room." No map, just confusing directions. Not a shocker, we could NOT find our room, no signs to tell us where our building was, nothing, we wandered, starving, after 15 hours of travel, for almost a half an hour. Finally found our room, luckily the bellhop arrived with our bags at the same time, because our bracelets didn't work to open the door. Had to go all the way to the lobby and wait in line to get our bracelets activated properly. Not a smooth start to our stay at all, and easily avoidable. There wasn't clear info on when restaurants opened and closed, so when we were getting our bracelets fixed, we went to concierge and were directed to a restaurant at 6:10p, headed there only to find they were closed until 7p. Again, avoidable and frustrating. We ordered room service at 10:10p on Wednesday night, wasn't given an estimated wait time, called at 11:45p to see what was going on with the order, put on hold forever, told we'd get a call back, and at 12:03a, was called told there was a "system malfunction," and our order was never processed...so we went to sleep hungry at an all-inclusive resort. So while the resort has the potential to be excellent, our stay didn't live up to the standard we were both hoping for and expecting. Last piece that as a woman I find frustrating is that I earned this trip, it was booked in my name by my company, only my contact information was provided, but my husband was always who they deferred to, and the after-stay survey was addressed to my husband, even though it was sent to my company email address.

Todo lo bonito del lugar y el trato excelente que te dan los empleados baja un poco la experiencia en el desayuno de México destinación club hablan de contratos de miles de pesos en una sala con música que no te deja escuchar lo que te ofrecen y la clásica táctica de tiempos compartidos te envían tres vendedores más para cerrar la venta y si les dices que no te hacen malas caras, no sé si fue por coincidencia después de esa junta de venta no me reabastecieron agua en el cuarto hasta el otro día ya que tuve que hablar tres veces para que me llevaran las botellas , y las botellas vacías que entregue el empleado las dejo afuera de mi puerta , espero ir ya sin la invitación de México destinación club para ver si esto solo pasa con los que somos invitados con este medio y la experiencia es completa ya que pagues el precio entero, por lo demás si vale la pena es un lugar muy bonito y los empleados en general tienen muy buena actitud

El servicio es lento, en especial para check in y servicio a la habitación.
