Wifi doesn’t work. Call staff about it, they say someone is coming and nobody does. Food is not that great. Rooms are very basic. String for hanging clothes was missing the connection on the other wall so we had a difficult time drying swimwear, lots of buildup around where the shower rod meets the wall, indicating that they do not clean properly. Need a card to get/exchange a towel, and only while the towel room is open (until 6pm only). Staff were great and friendly. Shower ran cold on more than one occasion. No electrical outlets on the wall where the beds are. Balcony sliding door is more of a grinding door. Front door doesn’t close properly. This place really is a dump. All in all, you definitely get what you pay for and for pretty much the cheapest all inclusive in Mexico, you’re scraping the bottom of the barrel at the Flamingo

Todo el personal es amable, sin embargo, los meseros no andan detrás de ti ofreciéndote bebidas ni hay shows como se supone son los todo incluidos. Para tomar en la palapa, tu mismo tienes que ir x tus bebidas al bar y si quieres te lleven alimentos, tienes que rentar la palapa, lo cual es ridículo porque ya pagas estadía. Las albercas no tienen calefacción, ni el jacuzzi, por lo que si el clima no favorece, de plano no podrás hacer uso de estas instalaciones. Falta buena señalizacion y organización. Falta mucha variedad en el bufete y no hay temática de nada. El WiFi no llega a las habitaciones. No recomiendo para nada

Muy bonitos son muy amables las instalaciones están muy agradables las micheladas deliciosas la vista está genial

Otras. Prepáčte za túto recenziu ale tie svine ma okradli o 1500$. Keď sme odchádzali mali sme platiť 160 pesos a oni mi stiahli z karty 1600$ co je približne o 1500$ viac ako mali. Neodpovedaju na emaily, ani telefón. Ak sa nechcete nechať okradnúť ako ja tak si vyberte na dovolenku iný hotel. Tento vám za to naozaj nestojí.
