Výlet bol skvelý až do posledného dňa, keď sme sa odhlásili. Zabudol som si diamantové náušnice v kúpeľni v našej izbe. Keď som zavolal asi o hodinu neskôr (už som mal namierené na letisko), personál našiel v kúpeľni namiesto mojich náušníc niekoho iného. zaujímavé. Vedenie mi poslalo e-mail tam a späť a začalo vyšetrovanie, alebo tak povedali, ale je zrejmé, že upratovačka vymenila svoje náušnice za moje, keď ich našla, keď sme sa ráno odhlásili. Uvedomte si, zostali sme 4 dni a nikdy som nevidel tie INÉ náušnice v našej kúpeľni. Veľmi nešťastné, keďže ide o 5-hviezdičkový rezort. Nedá sa veriť personálu! Sklamaný.

If I was to book again, I would look elsewhere. From the moment we stepped foot on the resort, we were met with problems. The front desk staff and night manager stated "it's not our responsibility to ensure that ever member of your family has a bed to sleep in." We finally spoke to the day manager, upgraded our room, however the AC doesn't regulate. The shower leaks.. This is NOT a family friendly resort. Firstly the food is poor, your better off going out to eat. There is no vegetarian food for lunch at all. The only thing they have is pizza or salad, and the pizza leaves a lot to be desired. They play music into the night (extremely loud for no reason) in the theater and entrance way which is right next to the rooms. They didn't care about kids going to sleep. Half the restaurants are closed on random days without notice. We were very surprised as the pool and bars don't open till after 10. To do anything you have to download the app which we did. Every so often, it asks to rate you stay so far. Filled everything in, could not submit my answers. Tried on at least 4 occasions. Would I come back, not even if you paid me.
