Hideaway at Royalton Riviera Cancun recenzie 

My wife and I have been here 6 days 5 nights. The hotel overall is amazing. Lots of different restaurants to enjoy. But you must make reservations and some book quickly. Our room has a hot tub on the balcony the view is the back alley way. And the smell is disgusting from the standing water. Our room it's self wonderful. Huge shower clean beds and very quiet. The buffet is very delicious hot food was hot and cold food was cold and fresh everyday. Even have a kids area with pizza and cereal etc. The entire property is clean well kept. The employees here are all so wonderful. Pools are a plenty here. Also very clean and nice One major thing you are in the middle of nowhere. So you want gift shop and the like you will need to take a taxi into town. They have 3 tiny shops here but that is it. Lots of mosquitos be careful with them. My wife has been eaten alive from mosquitos here. The beach is clean and nice had no red tide which can happen here. Overall our stay was wonderful.

Drink: the drinks are far from luxury or that of a 5* resort, with the wine retailing for less than $5 per bottle. Do not drink the water served in the restaurants it tastes and smells of sewage. Food: the food quality is that of a roadside dinner (if you are American) or a Toby Carvery (if you are British), it couldn’t be any further away from luxury or 5* Allergies: if you have any allergies or intolerances the hotel cannot accommodate these Sales: you will be harassed all day by the pool trying to be upsold a culinary experience, spa treatment or excursion Hideaway: note you only have access to one restaurant that is child free, so if you are looking for adults only, this is not the hotel for you. The pool has extremely limited sunbeds in the 1/3 that has sun and you will need to put your towel down around 5am each day. Diamond Club: if your butler is Montserrat please be aware she has the work ethic of Paris and Nicole in the Simple Life, aka she will do nothing! Free Transfers: you will be put in a queue on arrival for the next bus that goes in the direction of your hotel; this can take between 10-60 minutes. Once onboard you will then drive the opposite direction to another terminal to pick up more guests before finally departing the airport up to 90 minutes later! Management: when we complained to the hotel duty manager Antonio about these issues and more he laughed in our face.

This is NOT adults only!!!!! So very disappointed when we arrived and saw children at the resort 😡 yes they have an “adults only” side which has one pool and one restaurant.. We were diamond club and didn’t feel like it was worth the money, due to we didn’t have many option without children. The diamond club lounges felt very uncomfortable, no privacy and we felt hovered over when getting drinks or snacks. The smell in the buffet was awful!!!! Staff were AMAZING and the food was average, but not bad. The beach was nice and they did a great job of clearing the seaweed. We will NOT be returning unfortunately.

Had a great time here. Food is amazing. The best restaurants are the steak and the italian. I would go for a room that faces the adult section pool. Which is what i had. Service was good. The pools were clean. Washrooms were clean. Beach are was clean and not too many solicitors. Throughout the day there is a variety of games and fun activities at the pool. All and all it was a good experience.

Minulý týždeň ste mali najúžasnejší pobyt. #1Jedlo...krásne urobené, tak chutné a veľmi rozmanité. Obľúbeným miestom bola reštaurácia v Hideaway, úchvatné výhľady. Musíte vyskúšať: autentickú mexickú časť pri raňajkách v hlavnom bufete. Zalievanie úst… Zamestnanci išli ďalej a zaobchádzali s nami ako s rodinou, službu sme absolútne milovali. Izba bola vyčistená úžasne, rovnako ako rezort. Toľko ľudí, ktorí sa starajú o pozemky, nádherné bazény (obrovské bazény a mnoho), udržiavajú všetko čisté v tomto obrovskom rezorte... pôsobivé Každé ráno pozdravené s úsmevom a dobré ráno. Zábava bola jednoducho úžasná. Predná hala je ohromujúca, zdobená takou krásnou vianočnou výzdobou. Navštívte kaviareň/bar vo vstupnej hale. Vynikajúce kávové sušienky a horúca čokoláda. Bohaté chutné a čerstvé. Skvelé miesto len pre dospelých alebo rodiny. Vaša voľba vaša skúsenosť. Nádherná a opäť rozľahlá sekcia pre deti!! Nemôžem povedať dosť skvelých vecí o našom nezabudnuteľnom pobyte v Royalton Hideaway v Cancúne. Ďakujem 🥰 Ps, sme dobre scestovaní a boli sme požehnaní, že sme si užili nádherné miesta v Európe, Ázii a na juhu.
