Pros: beautiful scenery and nature all around you. Acceptable rooms though not really 5 star quality. The trio of singers one evening were wonderful. Cons: check in and general customer experience was a disaster. Another guest walked into my room 10 minutes after I entered, they had double booked the room. They had my check in and check out dates wrong despite booking directly through the hotel. Lost my dinner reservations due to their error on my check in/out dates and they refused to honor my original reservations. Food in general was below par even at the a la carte restaurants. The buffet was so poor it made Golden Corral look like a Michelin star restaurant. It’s a shame such a beautiful place isn’t run in a more efficient manner. Too many mistakes for me to consider returning.

This resort was by far one of the worst ones I have been too. The food is BAD. I don’t expect much from resort food but I do expect to be able to eat something. There was NOTHING that was good here. The mash potatoes tasted like water. The bread was always hard. The first thing that happened is that they false advertised an upgrade to us. They pointed bigger pools and told us there were cabanas on the beach. Both were lies. The upgrade is NOT worth it. The rooms were smelly. Something was always broken. Our room flooded once due to wear and tear in the room. The second time they didn’t notify us the slide door was broken so an animal broke in which is common on the second floor. Edison (the manager) said they didn’t care that my best friend’s 30th birthday was ruined as a result of this resort. Point blank said he did not care. Overall, def go to a different resort. This one is not worth your money.
