He venido de vacaciones con mi pareja al Grand Palladium Riviera Maya, un lugar precioso y muy amplio con muchos rincones del hotel para poder visitar.Aún así nuestra experiencia con algunos empleados del hotel no fue la deseada. En algunas zonas del hotel nos encontramos con diferentes empleados ofreciendonos unos servicios como por ejemplo una sesión de spa con ellos, una botella de champán que nos enviarían a la habitación esa misma noche y decorar la habitación de una forma “romántica” por ser clientes habituales de Palladium y no hemos recibido nada

TLDR: Don’t become a travel club member or go to any grand Palladium Resort!
Dealing with Grand Palladium is like dealing with a small child that needs your constant attention and corrections every step of the way. Our entire vacation was ruined by the fact that their system had the wrong email and they cancelled our booking 1 day before we were about to leave and didn’t tell us about it!
Thank you kindly that you informed me that there is a problem now after it’s already occurred not 3 ~ 4 other times that I called in! Can a company make an effort to get in touch with their customer when they see there is a problem?
The thing that really bugs me, is that we used an email to communicate with them. They would respond back. They did not use the same email for their billing system!! They misspelt the email in their billing system. How is that no one at the company cannot copy and paste?! It’s an email address!
Long story short, we booked a last minute room, paid significantly more for it. Spent 2 weeks fighting with 5 ~ 6 representatives to get our money back. After 2 weeks of fighting, we got informed that we would get a refund, with a receipt. It’s been 4 weeks now, and I still don’t see the refund on the account!! What the hell???!?
If you decide to become a member, you get the distinct privilage of only booking by phone or email. They have no other method. It’s 2024! Build a website for booking!
For the love of god, please look into Customer Relationship Management Software, also known a CRM, so that I don’t get migraines every time I book with your company!!!
