The staff at the spots bar (in the picture below) were so nice and made our experience so much better! From putting on NFL football to making sure each drink and meal was to our standard! Definitely recommend Drink, hookah, meals! Thanks again guys Miguel, Angel and Jorge

Location- beautiful beach. Some seaweed but still white soft sand. Rooms- we were here with a large group, most rooms in our party had some issue. Our sink didn't drain, others light sensors didn't work, holes in wall, TV doesn't work to name a few. Cleanliness was hit or miss. Sheets were dirty upon arrival. Bar not replenished well. Coffee missing. Lack on towel replacement. Service- not consistent, not horrible. Food- nothing spectacular for the price. Average, oversalted to mask flavors. Not all restaurants are open all the time. Don't come here for the food. Hours are odd for the restaurants and unclear on the app. App/reservations for dinner- very odd to not be able to make a reservation for 4 when we had to have 2 rooms (due to 3 per room max). So had to make 2 reservations and hope that they'll let us combine at the restaurant.

Juan from customer service is AMAZING. He made the beginning of our stay incredible, relaxing and so nice! He was so warm and welcoming. Can’t wait to see him again on our next stay:)
