I’m so disappointed in management at this hotel! I begged to change my room over an unfortunate situation instead they couldn’t offer me a new room free of charge. Then they escalated everything a step further and further and inconvenienced me and another person. HIGHLY don’t recommend this place at all!

Overpriced and Rooms are outdated Staff was nice until they started harassing about listening to a presentation similar to selling time shares. There was so much pressure about that the hotel didn’t provide info on things to do in Cancun. They need to focus on service and not selling people are trying to enjoy their vacation. The Buffet was the same everyday. The food was ok at best. The best thing at the hotel was shrimp tacos by the pool. If you travel with a lot of kids this hotel would be ok. If not keep your money and stay somewhere else. The pool needs a lot of work and the jacuzzi didn’t work. The restaurants for dinner weren’t good. Not for couples geared towards family’s
