Ana y José Hotel & Spa Tulum recenzie 

We came here for breakfast and were disappointed. When ordering I asked if the Benedict had meat (in Spanish) and if so could I have it without meat. The food then took a good 25 minutes to arrive and when it did it had ham and bacon. I asked to get a new one without meat (again in Spanish). What I received back was a rearranged version of the same meal just with the ham taken off. I asked to send it back for a new one and was given the same food on a new plate, now with basically no sauce because the food had just been shifted around twice. At this point I gave up and just ate the dry and cold food. They pretended not to understand but although my Spanish is basic I was clear when ordering and clear when sending the food back that I wanted a new one without the ham. On top of this a bottle of still water was 195 pesos! Really underwhelmed by this place and would not recommend.

My wife and I just returned from a fantastic stay at Ana Y Jose Hotel in Tulum Beach. We had never been to Tulum before, and were not sure which hotel to choose, but we are glad we chose Ana y Jose! The location is perfect, a short stroll down the street to restaurants, bars, and shops, plus the beach was great. The room was very nice (we stayed in Carpenteria), the grounds very clean, the food was an elevated selection and excellent. The best part was the staff, everyone was amazing and friendly, from our host Melissa to all of the bar/restaurant staff who served us with a smile everyday to make it a wonderful experience. We can't wait to come back!!

Was in Tulum celebrating both my and my youngest Brother's birthday and spent a day at Ana y Jose. Just like my previous visits, the service at the Beach Club was excellent and the drinks and food were great. We had a couple of different ceviche, soft shell crab and shrimp tacos and the food was just as good as I remembered. As always, I'm looking forward to the next visit!
