Altitude by Krystal Grand Punta Cancun recenzie 

Beach is amazing, and the rooms in the Altitude club are very nice and clean . The rest of the resort is horrible. I would not recommend it at all. Find another resort close by. The buffet is pathetic. It's was like prison food. Was impossible to book a restaurant. We paid for the upgrade, and they still charged us for icecreme for my kids at the icecreme shop. Our booking promised a Bali bed on the beach but they were all booked for our trip. Our bus picked us up at 6 pm, but our checkout was at noon . Once you check out at noon, all drinks and food are cut off. Spend $7000 on our trip, and they charged me for a beer at 2 pm in the afternoon. I would never go back here again

Muy buen lugar para vacacionar un playa que parece alberca muy hermoso el servicio bueno

El agua del baño siempre olía horrible y nunca enfriaba ni un poquito. Solo había un ascensor en servicio cuando fui y estuve en el primer pis

El lugar está increíble y muy bonito el paisaje natural, el servicio excelente pero tuvimos varios temas con la comida (en sus pasteles había cucarachas), el servicio de limpieza deficiente, la caja de seguridad no servía y en la recepción no dieron seguimiento a la solicitud. Al realizar el check in nos mencionaron el tema de las tarjetas de toallas; sin embargo al validar los chips de los brazaletes no nos entregaron dichas tarjetas, por lo que fuimos a preguntar y pusieron en duda la solicitud de la entrega de las mencionadas. Finalmente nos gustó las actividades de los animadores, divertido y atractivo pero se ve opacado por la insistencia desde que llegas te abruman los vendedores de ofrecerte servicios de la torre altittude. Aun aceptando visitar esa parte nos dejaron plantados la persona que se identifico como Ulises y terminamos molestos después de tanta lata con el tema.

Location is good but not private beach. Full of people that doesn’t belong to the hotel. Food is not good with no variety. To sit at the beach there are VERY limited chairs forcing to rent out. Personnel not the best on service at the beach. Inside there is better service. Rooms smell moldy and old, pics are misleading. Bed is hard and very very old. Not comfortable. Stayed in deluxe ocean view. Drinks cheap, wine cheaper. 7 times in Cancun. This was the worse experience. Better choose Royalton or Riu Cancun. Updated review: After complain through Expedia and front desk, they changed the room, this room was WAY better, they tried very hard to make it up (which I’m very happy for it), they brought a courtesy sparkling wine and snacks. Appreciate their effort to make our stay the best they could.
